Bleu Cheese Steak

We have always loved the log cabin, but this last visit fell very short. The table and floors were all sticky, it took 20 minutes just to get a soda from our very inattentive waitress and after waiting another 20 to 25 minutes for our food it was very disappointing. My blue cheese steak was mostly gristle and almost impossible to chew, that is after I got through all the cheese, which was so overpowering it was inedible. We spent $150 for three people and I'm afraid to say we won't be back anytime soon.

Husband loves this dish!! Only thing He wishes different is for it to come with a little bit of plain pasta! Not the family style pasta!
